Vita Mojo is a SaaS provider helping transform the restaurant industry with their all-in-one solution which integrates digital ordering, kitchen management and customer engagement. Dreamt up by founders Nick Popovici and Stefan Catoiu, they took Vita Mojo from a cashierless quick-service restaurant to a leading hospitality technology provider serving over 500 locations across the UK and Europe, processing 139 million orders across 3000+ global locations a year. The next stage for growth was to strengthen their market position and enhance profitability, they recognised the need to improve brand communications on their upcoming projects.

Initially we were brought in to help create a new product explanation video their 'Order Management System'. This was a key part of their new positioning strategy as well as future brand and marketing communications. We went on to collaborate across multiple projects including industry reports, buyers guides, pitch and company decks. Throughout these projects we continued to come across 'unknowns' that weren't defined within the brands identity. We collaborated closely with the brand team to introduce systems and hierarchies into their identity where necessary, on a project by project basis.

The next project we were asked to collaborate on was the website redesign. The website development was handled by a third party chosen by the Vita Mojo team. Within this project we conducted a website audit, competitor analysis and further discussions surrounding the brands identity in digital formats. With a new focus on showcasing the product alongside customer success, six photoshoots were set up across customer restaurants to capture new website photography, curating over 200 images of their products in customer restaurants. The new website consisted of over 50 pages of which, 19 were unique or templated designs, with 12+ reusable components and over 100 product mockups.

With the new visual tools developed during the website redesign, the design implementations in past communication projects, Vita Mojo asked us to wrap everything up into a new identity system. We drastically expanded the document redefining the rules across the whole brand which included: typography, colour, grid layouts, photography and visual devices.

I trust no one more than Studioyears for my design needs. They've brought deep expertise in design principles, history, and their broader impact, creating the most visually compelling work I've ever had. What truly sets them apart is their thoughtfulness about how design shapes a brand’s identity and connects emotionally with audiences. Since our first project together, they have become my go-to agency and will be the team on my contacts list for the rest of my career.
